Emmä usko et se on kiero, ostin sen turbiinin mudraacerilta, se on orkkiksesta muokattu ja pitäs olla kyllä laadukas.
Tällänen netistä löytyi.
Replacing the front seal is only the patch fix. There is only one way to fix this problem.
The there are several factors in this problem:
1) The torque converter bushing in the pump wears out or
2) The torque converter bushing walks out of the housing and into the seal
3) no seal retainer
4) The drain back hole is too small or plugged.
The TC bushings are know to walk out of the bore and cut the seal. Later modle 200 4R's had a housing that had a step cut into it and the bushing has a lip to prevent walking. Only way to fix is to get a new revised front pump.
The TC bushings can wear out also. When the bushing is worn out, pressurized fluid from the pump fills the cavity full of fluid between the housing and the seal. If enough fluid is behind the deal, it will pop off and cause a major tranny leak.
Later model 200 4R's has a steel seal retainer to help keep the seal in place and no blow out of its bore. Cheap insurence.
200 4R's drainback hole in the cavity is too small. The hole needs to be enlarged to a 1/4" or bigger to help avoid pressurizing the seal.
Any of these (except the seal retainer) require pulling the pump. If the bushing is fine and no signs of movement in the bore, enlarging the drainback hole is the biggest thing you can do. A reputable tranny shop can do this.
butif you feel like using the 13 vane pump, thats up to you.
